Any tablet telling you not to eat whilst taking them is ludricous.
Yeah thats how the diet works you take only tablets and dont eat for a week of course you are gonna lose weight.
You can't replace healthy eating and exercise with tablets to lose weight. They are a con, praying on those who crave a slimmer body.

I wonder how much weight people gain back after the 7 day cabbage diet. Do they go back once they gain weight? Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight. There are no hunger pangs too. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year. to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

I would never recommend anything that tells you to take tablets & not eat food. Its crazy. Get yourself on a healthy low fat diet & get to the gym if you want to work off some fat. There is no easy fix to losing weight but to be strict with yourself & sweat in the gym.

no diet like this works. there is no quick fix to losing weight and you need to realise this. I too have got loads of weight to lose at the moment, i walk one hour a day eat healthy portions and don't make a million rules to stick to and then break. i'm losing weight steadily.
