Boracay in the Philippines. Beats Bali. Inexpensive accommodations. English-speaking locals. Excellent powdery white sand beaches (listed in harrods as one of the world's 10 best), nighlife that is hot until you are ready to go to sleep at daybreak.

just come to lebanon. we definitely have a superb night life. We are on the mediteranean so superb beach life, and you can discover a new culture too.
