I have a friend who is quite thin. Although she does eat 3 meals a day, she is very strict with food in terms of what she will and won't eat. She won't eat meat, fish, pasta, bread, chocolate, sweets, crisps, biscuits, cake, cereal, milk... What would you call this??

Not eating meat of any kind and also eggs, dairy products, or processed foods containing these or other animal-derived ingredients such as gelatin = vegan

As for the rest? I'm not so sure.

If she is a normal weight and getting proper nutrition, I would call it "healthy!"
