You can go for weight training (lifting weights) thats the best way to gain weight readily in a good way.
Weight trianing will make you want to eat more and give you more muscle mass rather than fat. you wouldn't need to do any cardio like running or cycling for more than 5 minutes ( you can do it as a warm up before your weight training)
