I like cheddar cheese and crackers and apple slices with sparkling white grape juice (faux wine pretty much) so I guess my answer is the same as yours! I also like it with apple cider though, so to make my answer different I'll say cheddar and apple cider.
I must say though, "cheese and juice" does SOUND like an odd combination.

I haven't tried it with juice but if I were going to guess I would say apple juice would go good with cheddar cheese.

Really. I like orange juice with sharp cheddar and whole wheat Ritz crackers.

dude...what part of Kentuky are you from..you dont eat cheese with juice so much. Its more of a wine or beer thing, also salty meats and hearty breads go well with cheese and booze, but what goes with what ...i think thats your choice...i guess the stronger the cheese the stronger you want your beer or wine to be...err....or juice....
