I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last few weeks being on a gluten free diet. I'm only ment to be on this diet for a month. I've lost quite a bit of weight (not sure how much).

I'm worried that when I finish my gluten free diet I'm going to put the weight back on.

How can I maintain my weight?

I'm pretty active but I have an injured back so I'm not allowed to play soccer or go running anymore.

Going on the gluten free diet, most likely, caused a dramatic decrease in your carbohydrate consumption, resulting in the observed weight loss. To keep the weight off, continue to keep the carbohydrate levels low. Analyze your carbohydrate consumption for the past month. Allow your finding, to be a guide, i.e., a starting point.

I think the obvious answer is, even after the 30 days, limit your gluten.

Could be that you digest gluten so slowly that it causes weight gain for you.........it's not so difficult to live gluten free once you have learned how and you are learning that now while you are on this special diet.

You maintain your weight by keeping a good diet. It doesn't have to be super restrictive, but be smart. That's going to be your determining factor. Things like weight training will help, but it all comes down to what you eat.

Also, maintain a healthy diet.

The normal calorie intake per day is 2000, so just measure meals for the day and as long as it is on or under the line, you'd be fine. :)
