Here's the birthday song

Cumpleaños Feliz,
Cumpleaños Feliz,
Te deseamos todos,
Cumpleaños Feliz.

So happy birthday would be "Cumpleaños Feliz."

And have good day would be "Buenos Dias"

Easy. Feliz Cumpleanyos (I KNOW it's spelled wrong, but I'm too lazy to put the ~ over the n)
Among friends & family, some people just say "felicidades" (at least in my culture)

Um, I'm not sure, but if you look up "free translators" on Google Search, you could type it up on a site and have it translated for you.
