Contact the Saudi embassy or consulate in your country to verify/authenticate the visa number.

you need 3 recent personal pictures, a copy of your ID, a print out of your visa number...and of course, your valid passport, that is basically, I am not sure if they'll be asking for other stuff...head to the Saudi Embassy in your country, with the things mentioned and you're gonna have your visa verified in 2 days or 3 days maximum...according to the crowd factor..

contact sama(saudi central bank) or simah(The Saudi Credit Bureau (SCB)) or contact the bank that issued the card or contact visa international
