What is the "safest" drug and what is the most dangerous one?

This question can not be answered the way you want...... For example you have many different drugs that do different things you have painkillers that centeralize on a pain processor in your brain taking to many can cause you to die or passout. You have drugs that are designed for blood pressure you take them and your pressure could drop and you could die....... Their are drugs for infections but if you are allergic to penissilin you could die. The body reacts to certain drugs certain ways their is no one such most dangerous drug or least dangerous drugs. When using medications or even recreation drugs you should always proceed with caution becasue you never know what affect the drug may have on your body specifically......... I had a friend who took ectasy and loved it swore by it and would litterally recommend it to the ladies then I read in medical journals that X has some effects on people so intense they die not from the drug but maybe becasue of the affect for example this young woman dies of deyhdration becasue the drug casued her to sweat so much another case was the opposite a male tried to drink water so much that he litterally drowned his system of over hydration. You need to excercise extreme caution on all drugs and if you have questions consult with your doctor and if you are scared that he may report you he cannot Medical Doctors are bound to a Doctor patient confidentiality oath and if they break it they are subject to an ethics hearing by the medical board and could loose their license.........

I have done almost every drug in the book except for anything involving needles. I have done the pill form of heroin though. Here's my list and i may have left off a few because they arent all too common around here.

Not that simple - a lot of people say pot but that is now known it can cause significant long term mental health problems as well as increased risk of lung cancer.
For sure meth and heroin are bad.
My advice is whatever you want to take research before ie what it is what it does to you physiologically and what side effects you may experience. Also what you should do if it goes wrong ie bad trip etc and hopefully be able to recognise signs of dependency. Take smaller amount to start as we all react differently. This is what I did in my day and I tried pretty much everything enjoyed it and moved on

It sounds to me as if you are trying to get me to justify the use of one drug over another and I can't do that. Nearly all drugs have a benefit and all drugs have risk(s). Even Percocet, which I take for severe chronic pain, has its own dangers, not the least of which is stomach bleeding, liver damage, an a possible addict mentality. And I will not advocate the use of any drug. But I would say that three of the most dangerous drugs known to man in order is Methamphetamine, PCP, and Cocaine. My simple answer: Don't do it!

They vary, all drugs have side effects which in each individual can produce life threatening symptoms.

No drug is really safe as such but some drugs as used in chemotherapy are very prone to serious side effects, which is still better than death.
