all bets are off, there is no winner.
if the girl makes the first move, she runs the risk of the guy thinking she wants sex. if she waits, the guy might think she is not interested.
If she does want sex, she runs the risk of scaring the guy away. if she waits for him, he might think he should be nice and not try.
if the guy makes the first move, he runs the risk of moving too soon and making the girl think he only wants sex.
everybody, and every situation is different. i like a woman to make the first move because then i know they are interested, but a lot guys have to make the first move.

id prefer the girl to, but there is no real set side that should. If they like eachother whoever feels like making the first move should, regardless of gender.

i just do what i feel like at the moment =) I usually make the first move. I'm not old fashioned really

men should make the first move unless they dont have balls or they take forever to make the first move cause they are weak or nervous
