For job reasons, I have been upfront and personal at numerous autopsies at the Cook County Morgue.

It was not scary that the people were dead, it was the matter-of-fact way they were handled and that so many of them had died in strange or violent ways.

Once, one of the technicians was upset about something that had happened to him at work and he was yelling about it to someone else very angrily while sewing someone back up. It was like a real-live horror movie!

Also, the sound of a skull being "popped open" is a little disconcerting.

The bathroom at Denny's... There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls, and there were only hand dryers. Thankfully, I had one tissue in my purse. Boy that was scary; too close for me. (LOL)
