Start with a visit to your doctor and get a good checkup.

Next, get on a realistic diet that manages your calorie intake and satisfies your appetite. That may seem like a tall order, but self-discipline is part of what it's about.

Have someone take a full-figure picture of you and post it on your refrigerator. 174 is not all that bad, but you are right. You do need to lose some of that.

Remember why you want to lose weight. You want the guys to look at you. Also, try to get on some sort of physical regimen. Take up a sport you like. Tone up do some jogging or bike riding. Try to develop the good habits that work.

And good luck. You have a lot of life ahead of you. You want to do the things to help you enjoy it more.

It all is dependent. Sixteen years is a quality younger age, because of this that the epidermis continues to be very elastic and resilient. Chances are prime that a forty-pound weight reduction would possibly not effect in free, flabby epidermis. HOWEVER, if the man or woman is already at a healthful weight and is wasting far more than is medically indispensable/endorsed, it would effect in flabby epidermis. This is on account that the epidermis is there to safeguard matters like muscle groups and organs, so if aspect of the burden loss includes "consuming into" the muscle groups, the epidermis would hold itself on account that it "is aware of" that it should not be shrinking such a lot. As for forty-50 kilos, I could have got to recognize the man or woman's present top and weight. If any person is searching for to lose extra weight than is medically fair, they won't do it.

to lose weight you should always make sure to eat small, frequent meals (about 350 calories each would be ideal for your weight), 5 a day is reccomended for women. it's very critical to eat frequently when you're dieting, this is where most women fail because they think they should be eating less.... which leads to a slow metabolism and muscle loss, which makes you gain more weight in the long run! so NEVER starve yourself! also drink lots and lots of water so that you don't retain water and can properly digest food. exercise is also CRITICAL to lose body fat. you should try to do some cardio a couple days a week (take up jogging, ride a bike, swim) for about 30-60 minutes each time. set realistic goals... it's only possible to lose 2 pounds of fat in a week, anything above that means you've lost water weight or muscle mass. stick with it and stay healthy... good luck!
