NO DENTAL SCHOOLS!!!!! I tried that and got horrible problems from it. Looking for low cost insurance or other low income options.

Try doing a web search for Dental plans or Dental insurance or Dental programs. There's quite a few different types of programs that have discounted dental procedures.

Any chance you are also terribly frightened of the dentist, allergic to dental work and unable to bear having your mouth open for longer than 1 minute. I am sorry, but placing those restrictions gives you very FEW options.
Perhaps you can borrow money from family or look into what welfare will cover. Unfortuantely, you can not expect a dentist to work on you for free.

YOU HAVE VERY FEW OPTIONS IF YOU HAVE TRIED DENTAL SCHOOLS W/O SUCCESS.
MANY PEOPLE FIND OUT THAT THEY END UP SPENDING AS MUCH MONEY WITH DENTAL INSURANCE (PAYING CO-PAYMENTS) THAN JUST PAYING OUT OF POCKET.
TALK TO INDIVIDUAL DENTISTS TO SEE IF ANY ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT TRADE WORK IN EXCHANGE FOR DENTAL WORK.

you could also check with your public health department. However there are some dentist though few and far between that are highly skilled that will set up a decent payment plan.
