I guess it depends on the dye they use. Oh yeah and genes play a role too.

No. Blonde may be the hair of the boy but only if the girls family has some blonde (the moms dad and mom). Otherwise, he (son) will likely be brown hsired.

Not necessarily, it depends who has the dominate gene. my step sister has flaming red hair and her father has brown hair and her mother has dirty blond hair. I myself have black hair mixed with red hair, my mother says I got the red hair from a great great aunt, so you never know because there are so many factors that play a role in how we look. We could look like our ancestors and not our parents altogether.

It can vary greatly. Both my husband and I have very dark almost black hair. However our daughter was born with black hair, she is now 4 and her hair is very light brown with blond highlights. Her coloring is more of that of my father. Both of us also have brown eyes and her eyes are hazel like my father and sister!
