you will lose water weight and muscle, slow down metabolism and gain fat - it always happens with no exceptions when you starve/deprive your body.
how much will that be? - as much as water weight and muscle you have on your body.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.onesdirect.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Drinking water with your food doesent usually help you lose weight. To lose weight, you need to excersize, and eat a healthy diet, period. But, drinking water, especially vitamin or mineral water, will help you lose some weight. Good Luck.

You won't lose anything except muscle which will in turn lower your metabolism and INCREASE your chances to hold onto your fat, you will most likely gain fat if you were to do something like this.

The goal is to increase your metabolism and to be losing fat with a good diet/routine.
