Growing awareness is the true direction one should be looking to. Awareness of life, energy, cosmos and human
unity.

I am slowly developing a sense of direction after having so many changes in my life in the last couple of years that I'm overwhelmed every time I think about them. Can I define that direction? Not easily.

I know that when I ask why I am still alive, the answer is that I can still be useful. To whom and for what is less clear. So I suppose my sense of direction is to be useful. To contribute to the world and humanity in some way.

I flatter myself that my participation in Yahoo Answers is one such contribution. I feel it is necessary for me to share with the young the things I have learned on this long, strange trip of my life.

Yes, I have a sense of direction: it's to follow after God's instructions and love people to the best of my ability, and then go home to heaven one day when I die. Specifically, my life has been called by God to remain single to be a help to my mom and my family, and to try to encourage everyone wherever I go that God loves everyone equally. I have not done as well as I should on these, but I hope to live a life that everyone, including myself, my parents, my family, my friends, my coworker and God and his angels can be proud of some day.

sometimes...it seems to me that when I am going down the right path at times there's a sense of peace and accomplishment along with a clear picture of why and where I have ended up!

Now on the flip side of that I believe you can go down a right path but not feel so comfy and at peace but down the road you know you have grown in character and wisdom!

Then there are those wrong paths that bring you heart ache and misery only to suffer consequence and hopefully you don't keep going around that old Mount Sinai.....and the lesson is well learned!
