Go to a salon & have it professionally waxed or threaded off. Do not have it waxed if you are taking Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, or similar products. These medications thin the skin so waxing must be avoided. Threading is the better option.

Consider Vaniqa - it's a prescription cream that stops unwanted hair growth.
If you have sensitive skin - ask for a cold wax. Avoid having your upper lip waxed close to your period because most women's pain threshold is a bit lower. Avoid caffeine at least 24 hours before the appointment to reduce rednees. Have aloe vera on hand to sooth your upper lip.

Electrolosis is the only way to permanently remove unwanted hair. Though it takes many visits to an esthetician and is quite costly. So unless you have lots of time and money, wax it at a reputable salon in your area. It is cheap and they will do a good job. If it is just peach fuzz, but is dark, you can bleach it. If it were me though, I would wax it as long as you aren't too young. The sooner you start removing hair, the longer you have to keep it up for. Wal-Mart sells some decent waxing kits now if you'd rather do that yourself, at home. Good luck.

Oh dear lord please don't pluck it, you'll be in tears from the pain and it'll take you forever. *cringe*
I have the same problem myself, though my hair is blonde so its a bit less apparent. I get depilatory cream from the pharmacy, make sure you get the one for the face otherwise it'll hurt and you'll have a red mark for a few hours. If you're allergic to creams you can wax, but you're more likely to get stubble if the roots don't get pulled out all the way.
If you want more permanent results, there are salons that do laser hair removal - but that's expensive, so make sure to check out all the options before you resort to that.

Hot wax, it will hurt a little bit.
One pull of hair instead of pull after pull after pull of tweezing. ughh!! You might have a little bit of stubble growing back. In between going to salons to hot wax you can tweeze the little hair until your next visit.
I hot wax my eyebrows, lip and chin
You can have the laser removal, but warning it only lasts up to 18 months and have to go back have more. Nothing is permanent.

hi Brady! i admire facial hair on a guy! I appeared at your percentand that i think of it seems high-quality. Facial hair is fairly well-known those days with youthful adult males and that i admire that style. The sparkling Shave look is so starched & pressed - and it will make you look like an adolescent. on the grounds which you have darker hair and a heavy foreheadI advise protecting it neat. attempt the Goatee in case you like in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it ought to be too skinny on your lip. additionally, ask that eye-catching woman next to you what SHE likes!

Avon's hair removal twist pen. It's about the size of a pencil and has a brush applicator to apply a hair removal cream. Just leave it on for a few minutes, then wipe away.

I use a product called Mariana Face Bleach which works within 7-8 min once applied to your face. Its great for making it less visible or you can have laser done but make sure to speak to someone who has had many years of experience in removing hair with laser.

My sister waxes hers. That is probably the best. Bleaching sucks because instead of black hairs you now have blond, but you still have hair.
