i had a baby about 3 months ago. i want to loose my stomatch. what is the best way to do this. they said that if i do sit up my stomatch will get muscle and still stick out. so i have been tring to loose weight but i only want to loose my stomatch and maybe my love handles. how do i go about doing this. tell me what type of exercise i should do to consentrate on these areas thank u for ur response also i have a membership to a health club.

the thing is that we can not spot reduce body fat naturally (lipo is the only way) so you have to do cardio which is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (you will see it first on places with the thinnest layer of fat like your face and the last in where fat layer is the thickest - your belly)
do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (average of 45min) - running, jogging, swimming, rope jumping, aerobic videos - anything that will get your heart rate up.
