You should tell her that it's not her fault that she fell in love with him. But i do not think it is a good idea to go out cause you HAVE NO CLUE of that person may be he his 60 years old, you never know!! Just explain to your friend that she has a choice but does she REALLY know him photos are not a proof but go there and meet him and she should not go alone but with few friends. Or just forget this relationship cause you never know if he is telling the truth.

P.S. Never give any personal information to anyone you met on the internet or by chatting. Meet the person be4 and then think about it.

First, tell her you are glad to see that she is in love.Second, it is nice to see that the feelings have been reciprocated. Third, it is a long distance relationship so it is going to be tested for longevity and commitment. Fourth, if she desires to know more about the man then she should meet him in person . She needs to know who she is dealing with and make sure that he is the real deal. Fifth, concerning the fourth one she should have a few friends with her and not go it alone. There are too many preverts and other undesirables who would try to take advantage of her if they know she is alone.Lastly find out more through correspondence before planning to do step 4 and 5 to see if subtle facts are consistent. This is a way you can test the waters to see if he is a truthful person. Tell her to think out this correspondence for it is for her safety because if he is not truthful in the correspondence then he is not the real deal and could be worse.Being a good friend might not be very popular at times but it is the best one.

Sure it's okay. It may be hard to have a long-distance relationship, but you love who you love, and people can't help that. Tell them to go for it if she trusts the guy, but that advice is pending on your friend's age. I mean, if she's over 18 and feels that he is really who he says he is, that's one thing, but a 15 or 16 year old girl has no business trying to meet some guy she doesn't know.
