NONE!!! ephedrine will NOT make you lose weight! it might give you a boost in metabolism, but you have to make the effort to lose that weight! exercise and eat a healthy diet. I tried it earlier this year, and found that i had the same amount of energy as before i tried it. However, the effects after coming off of it were horrible. i felt so weak, headaches, and dizzyness for the first week off. If i were you, i'd just stick with good workout sessions and a healthy diet.
