Sounds like it, but just to be certain it's nothing more serious (although sleep deprivation and malnutrition can be) see your doctor immediately.

This sounds like a hypoglycaemic reaction. When you eat little and exercise a lot, your blood sugar levels will get very low, so your blood is more dilute. this forces water into your brain cells, causing the dizziness and pain on your head. Also, the osmotic (water) pressure around your eyes will be greater, resitricting the contraction of your eye muscles when you want to focus on something, causing the blurry vision. Make sure you eat brekkie before exercising, maybe drink a sports drink. But if the problem persists then see your doctor!

You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientific researches :
http://improvevision.toptips.org
if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!
I'm sure that you will not regret your decision

Well, I'm not doctor but you probably should get some sleep. I haven't eaten breakfast in like 2 years? and sleep 9-12 hrs a day which is probably really bad. But I know what you mean about the blurry eyesight. That happens to me when I oversleep or don't get any at all. So try balancing it out. Are you stressed out at all?
I'd say see your doc if it continues.

Sounds like a sinus issue. Or allergies. Or blood sugar deficiency. Perhaps if you continue to feel bad, you can call an advice nurse or visit the doctor. You health care provider should offer a free advice nurse service. If you must skip breakfast at least drink lots of water and eat a banana. Peace.
