Sit down and quietly look at your life. Make notes about what stresses you out the most. Next, think about how you can change those situations.
For example; if you are in debt, don't buy anything with a credit card, only cash. Limit yourself to things you NEED not WANT. Only get things your really need. Make a list before going to the store and stick to that.
Next, you can do these things to help with tension; use lavender oil on your pillow, deep slow breathing to relax heart rate, take walks and don't think about anything upsetting, eat healthy, get plenty of rest.

When a person feels so much stress they write "I think I'm
going to lose it," it can be troubling. I hope you have others
that you can depend on, talk to, and trust....
Perhaps you need to consider finding a good counselor
or minister, depending on your beliefs, so you have someone
you can confide in and know you can trust that your concerns
will not be spoken of to others.
If your stress load is not so bad that you feel you just are no longer able to cope, then perhaps beginning a walking, yoga
or relaxation/meditation plan would help you to regain some
sense of balance in your life. This will help you in the long
run and is an excellent habit to begin as well as continue
throughout your life.
IF you are truly feeling you cannot cope, it is time to call
a hotline for help and please do not hesitate to do so.
There is a website that has some useful suggestions for
relaxation techniques if you are interested:

All the best,

Here is a record of realistic matters one million. Get lively undertaking every day two. No alcohol in any respect (yeah, I recognize you are 14) three. No espresso/tea/cola/chocolate considering they've caffeine four. Write down a record of your disorders and answers for them. five. Self aid books, similar to The New Mood Therapy 6. Relaxation systems, similar to meditation 7. Best might be to have cognitive behaviour medication (CBT) eight. Medications and natural stuff (natural nonsence) are matters you will have to hinder. Anxiety could be very treatable. If you don't deal with it, it's depressing, has a tendency to persist and will quit you doing as good as you wish to. P.S. You do not actually have top blood strain.
