Accidentally breathed a BIT of smoke from soldering?

Nope. Nothing to worry about. Now, if you had been standing there welding galvanized metal and breathing that smoke for a few hours, your pounding headache and dry cough would be another story...

I wouldn't worry about it at all.I solder all the time and inhale the lead.(not by choice) If you do this over long periods of time or inhale the smoke on a daily basis for years then it will lead to serious problems. If your really worried about this happening again you can always get a lead-free solder(doesn't hold too well without the lead flux) but you will be safe none the less.

should not make a difference. go to home depot and buy the face masks and use them to prevent it from happening again though
