Some scientists don't believe in God, just like some lawyers and some auto mechanics; but the majority do believe in God.

Actually more and more scientists (especially cosmologists and physicists) are coming to the conclusion that God exists, for they say that the incredible order we see in everything from the macrocosmic to the sub-atomic could not have come from chaos.
They are now saying "When God created the universe", not "If God created the universe".

Science is based off of Theories and surveys.(Don't lie about the survey) But in fairness some are good. By that I mean the ones who don't get caught up in the "God/No God" debate. I can respect that.

Lack of evidence. Science determines things based on evidence, and nothing else. There is not the slighest evidence supporting the existence of any sort of god, and a considerable amount that there isn't any. See:
