I never said that Kasey Kahne is a whiner. I think he's a good person and a good driver. If I weren't a fan of Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson's, then I would probably be a fan of Kasey's. He seems like a very nice young man who has his head screwed on straight. I love his commercials, he seems to be someone any person would be lucky to become friends with.

Honestly, I haven't heard Kasey curse, nor have I seen any photos discriminating women. I have seen him drinking alcohol, but we also have to remember, Kasey's an adult! He's over 21, so he's allowed to drink. If he was underage, then there would be a problem. But, as long as he doesn't get completely drunk, I don't see a problem, really. I mean, how many beer companies sponsor NASCAR?

And then, in an interview, he said he did NOT want to fight Stremme, but he thought that their run-in wouldn't be the last time something happened on the track.

As for someone saying he's a whiner, I suppose one of their first impressions of Kasey might have been when he was mad at David Stremme. First impressions are lasting impressions, unfortunately.

Well, Kasey's still #1 in my book.

Don't let other people's opinion about your favorite driver tick you off. Turns out people who say things like that are negative people, or maybe they seen him complaining about something once and declared him a big whinner. I don't think Kasey is a whinner, he seems fairly mature and a decent person. Next year it'll be better, he'll get thru this year and come back next year and be running up front and winning races, just like last year. For a guy who's had a bad year this year, he's handled it well.

Our boy is having a rough year...so are all the Dodges. but a whiner? I never hear him complain, in fact he hasn't gotten much air time at all this year.( Except for the commercials).
I'd be frustrated also with Dodge changing the nose and rear end on that car 3 times in the last 3 years, The chevy guys have driven the monte carlo for years now...see how it pays off for them now? (Well, we all know the hendrick team cheats!) I think if you put Khane in the 5 car for a full season he'd be in the chase and a championship contender.

Lots of 1.5 ovals left this year and if they can find it like they did last year he has plenty of time to turn it around.

Hopfully this weekend, i'll be at the race!

ps-Stewart is a whiner, dude needs some prozac or something, grumpy old man, go back to the IRL.

I've never heard Kasey whine or complain about anything... Lets go back what a year maybe two... Stewart wrecks the poor guy and ruins his chances at the chase, didn't whine. Stewart wrecks his won team-mate both are in the chase, and both are capable of the win, Stewart whines. WHEN HE'S AT FAULT! I know that was not related to what you asked. But Kasey is not a whinner. God, I hope he can turn his season around.

Kasey is not a whinner as whinners go.He is upset and has every right to that the quaility of his team is less than it was last year.He knows that they can pull themselfs up and perform up to their standards from last year.

People can have their opinons you know, don't let dislike from one person to another get to you so much its just a sport. Sometimes people don't like others for no reason, I tend not to like Kasey because hes sustope to be a role model, yet he curses, he has photos of himself on the internet discriminating women and drinking alocholic beverages, and he said on an artice on nascar.com he wanted to fight david steremme, don't let it get to you so much
