Hi....I can't compare the two. Wiccan or Wicca is a neo-pagan religion based on the pre-Christian traditions of England, Ireland,Scotland and Wales. It's origins can be traced even further back to Paleolithic peoples who worshipped a Hunter God and a Fertitlity Goddess. Wicca is probably the most oldest religion in the world. Now for two thousand years Wiccan/Wicca had been associated with witches and evil and heathenism and blasphemy. Witches do not worship Satan. And this has been a misconception throughout history.
Dungeons and Dragons is a game in which individuals imagine themselves as a role playing character in a fantasy world or origin. It has nothing to do with Wicca or the Wiccan religion. Dungeons and Dragons does however obtain or use fictional characters and certain deities in the game and some perhaps might use certain names and characters that have been associated with the misconceptions of the Wicca religion but the game itself does not associate with the Wiccan society. Hope this has helped. Have a magical day!

As almost everyone who has offered you answer has said so for, "no."

Though there have been attempts to link the various versions of the D&D game with Satanists (and other -isms and -alities) in the past, there is no authentic link between them.

The D&D game evolved from the "Chainmail: Rules for Medieval Miniatures" game. Similar games exist that allow players to recreate the Napoleonic Wars, ground, sea, and air battles of WWI and WWII, and so on.

The D&D game dates from the mid-1970s.

[I'm about to generalize a lot here, folks, so my apologies if I appear to slight anyone's tradition, etc.]

The modern version of Wicca if often traced to the efforts of Gerald Gardner in the 1950s.

Just as there are those who may follow other religions as well as being Wiccans, there are D&D players of different religions dispersed across the world.

[Opinion Warning: Personally, I think that those trying to link the two into some vague, vast anti-Christian conspiracy should find something better to do with their time, as it is wasted in this task.]

Heh...**anyway**...the overall answer to your question is a nice, neat, and simple "No."

I actual have, and that i (greater suitable than probable) will lower back. I conflict with expertise why it does not be ok for Christians, any moreso than enjoying Sorry or Monopoly. There seems to be like some "theory" available that is mandatory bow down and worship some fake god to play D&D, which in basic terms isn't the case. in actuality, Monopoly could desire to be seen worse, because of the fact the purpose is to make the main funds! (lower back, i don't concur.) i've got heard the argument made that "something you that would not pass you in the direction of Jesus strikes you faraway from Jesus," and that i don't concur. staring at "Lord of the jewelry" would not pass you in the direction of Jesus any extra than enjoying a place enjoying game the place a character tries to continuously do what's suitable. My daughter twiddling together with her toy horsey actual would not pass her in the direction of Jesus. yet regardless, interior the top, Christianity is approximately being forgiven, not accused. Jesus already paid the fee. I nevertheless attempt to do the ideal element. thus, i don't see what I do as being "incorrect."

Boy, Wiccans, is this like an attempt at a double insult, like telling a black child, "Are black kids like girls?" to tease them, as if either one is bad.

Or do they really know that little about either one?

No. Do a little research on these on your own. Your question is WAAAAY out there.
