They are recommending to drink 16 glasses of water. Since we only drink bottled water, how many OZs would 16 glasses be?

well... it really depends on the size of the glass now doesn't it?

If you usually drink arrowhead or aquafina (small bottles) then that is about 16 ounces right there.... The diet gurus and docs suggest 8 glasses of water a day, basing that on an 8 ounce class... so that would be 64 ounces.

SO... that would be FOUR aquafinas or arrowhead small bottles (16 ounces).

BUT.... to know if you are indeed drinking enough water, your pee should be clear enough to read through... a very light yellow or clear means that there is enough water going through your system.

That's a gallon. 8 ounces is a glass multiplied by 16 equals 128 ounces which is US gallon.
The daily recommended intake of water is 1 quart and total fuilds daily is 1/2 gallon.
Auquafina 16 or 20 oz bottles, so you would be consuming 4 bottles per day.

8 ounce glass. It is recommended that you drink 32-64 ounces of plain water a day. You will find that you will urinate lots once you start drinking that much plain water every day. You will automatically lose 5 pounds and your body will not store water because you are drinking enough. You will be thirsty now. Likely you have never been thirsty before because your body was storing water for you.

Assuming a glass of water is 8 oz it would be 16X8

So... 128 ounces.
