Yes!
Rom 10:9-10- "9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:" - John 1:12
You will note this verse the use of two words to describe the same experience, RECEIVE AND BELIEVE.
How can a person receive? It is through believing.
Believing is faith. Before a person can receive Christ as personal Saviour and Lord he must believe that Christ is who he claims to be [Son of God] and can do what he claims he can do [give eternal life to a person]. Through faith Christ is received. Faith that brings salvation must be in Christ and not in Christ plus someone else or something else. Salvation can never come through a combination of faith in Christ and good works or rituals of a church. It is FAITH IN CHRIST ALONE that brings a person into right relationship with God.

If you reside in a Muslim nation and all you recognize is Islam, you'll be judged via how good you adopted the God that you recognize and whether or not you probably did what used to be correct. All goodness and fact comes from the Holy Spirit. So when you have somewhat Holy Spirit which indicates you to not kill, and many others. And you comply with up to you recognize, you're righteous. Even if you have not heard the title of Jesus. If, however, you're a Christian pastor who is aware of correct from incorrect and does not comply with it, then you're condemned.

If you really believe in Him and not just say you do, then His spirit will start influencing your heart and mind in ways you might not expect - to want to do good things. A lot of people tithe, give to charity, and spread the word to little effect because they don't really believe in Jesus or what they're doing in His name - they just say they do.

While I might be guilty of being picky, you left out confession of sin. If you have done as the Bible says to do, then yes. If not, other than just believing, I doubt it. By the way, if you were to do as the Bible indicates to be redeemed, then I doubt that you would be able to do nothing other than to just believe. The Holy Spirit would be active in your life, and like it or not, you would feel that you must do something, in some way to be a witness.

YES ! That's exactly what He said is required of you - Nothing more and nothing less , just believe !
Simple ! Everyone can received that way but religion will add on to that which will cause you to be bound to them and their rules and laws which Jesus says He came to set us free from
However, if you really believes and when Jesus comes into your life you can be sure The Holy Spirit inside will leads and guide you to more Truth and Light.
You will not be asking the Question the way you did I can gauranteed you that !
Do you believe ?

If you believed and did nothing, you would be in a worse position than if you didn't believe at all. At least those who don't believe have some excuse for their lack of Christian charity. The Bible tells us that faith without good works is dead, and dead faith is worth nothing.

No, you will not. You have to obey the commandments. If you really believe in him, do what is required of you.
James wrote this in the book of James 2:14-24
14What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
18But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds."
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do.
19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.
20You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? 21Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. 24You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

Matthew 7:21-23: Not everyone saying to me,'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?' And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness.
James 2:26: Indeed, as the body without spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.
Look those up in your Bible.

It's not about just believing. If you asked him into your heart then yes, he would let you into heaven. He doesn't care what wrong you have done. God forgives every sin. The rest is up to you.
