You'll want the freshest eggs your money can buy.
I cook eggs in butter and a teaspoon of vegetable oil,

I like Teflon pans, but regular skillets will work fine too. Warm pan on a medium high, add butter and oil.

You don't want to cook it too fast, because it will turn the edges to plastic strings, so cooking an egg gently will give you the better tasting product. You'll want a gentle fry, but you don't want it splattering you and the stove, so if that happens turn the heat down a little.

Crack, the egg on a flat surface near the stove,to keep shell chips out of your food separating the egg at the concaved side, pulling it apart over the hot butter and into the skillet, add the second egg, I salt and pepper my eggs at this point, using the slightest sprinkles of each condiment.

Allow the eggs to cook until the white are lightly firm, or when you can lift the edge with the spatula. If you want eggs fried over easy, now is your time to turn them, with a thin spatula, gently lift the edge of your egg, to allow some of the butter to slide under the egg, then lift, the edge of the second egg, doing the same, go back lift the first egg, sliding the spatula completely under the yoke, and gently turn the egg over on its top side down, repeat with the second egg. Cook for another minute, no more, lift and slide the spatula under the yokes, then lift and slide onto a plate You're done.

I assume you meant, how to fry an egg?

If so, put 2 pats of butter or margarine in a heated skillet. Once the butter foams, add one or two eggs being careful not to break the yolk. Fry until the edges are slightly golden and the white part is "set". Should take about 8 - 10 minutes.

You don't say if you want healthy or a heart attack special. I usually fry some bacon first and fry the eggs in the bacon grease. Put the eggs in the hot grease. When the white is about set, flip the grease over to top, with a spatula, to cook the membrane over the yoke. Lard is pretty good also.

If you hate to flip---

Crack the egg(s) into a lightly buttered (or sprayed) frying pan.

Add two tablespoons of water and cover with a lid.

Cook over medium heat until it's as done as you like (usually 2-3 minutes for "over easy").

you get a frying pan, put butter or whatever you want to put in it so it wont stick, then you put your egg in, let it sit for like 3 to 4 mins on one side then you flip it and let that sit for 3 to 4 mins. Then you have a fried egg

Boil egg and cut into small pieces. Dip the egg pieces in egg white and dip in bread crumbs and then fry in oil.
