so is it really fasting as in no eating huh? for how many days?
are you sure about that? coz you can lose weight slowly, not suddenly coz your body might find it new.
You can try fruit and vege diet. Then yeah, tea is good, green tea is more commendable.
Try a one week vege and fruit diet, this is good for your health.

Before starting ANY type of weight loss diet or exercise,PLEASE get checked by a doctor first.DO NOT fast. Don't try losing the weight all at once because if you try that, your body can go into shock and kill you.Tea is a diuretic and with fasting, you'll just damage your kidneys depending on a liquid diet to lose weight.
Instead of eating three large meals, stretch it out to six small meals. Drink water,no sodas,or sports drinks like Gatorade or TEA.Instead of eating that sixth meal, make a smoothie of protein powder and a glass of 2% milk with sliced banana in a blender. This way you feel full but you didn't really eat anything.
AND you don't have to turn into an exercise nut. Just walk around the block each evening after that sixth meal before you go to bed.

Well, unless it's for a religious or otherwise personal reason you shouldn't be fasting in the first place. >_> Please, never fast to lose weight. If you want some weight-loss advice just email me at ssj99_gothegaksonerienchanun@yahoo.com <-- I rarely check that one now (I'm sure you can see why), but I'll check it considering you just might be, and I hope you will, be sending me an email. ^-^

Anyway, Liption 100% natural tea works just fine for cleansing, and you already know not to have sugar with that.

Lemon juice with water also works.

yes, infact if its lipton diet GREEN tea, it will actually help your process.

You need potassium while you are drinking a lot of water so your body (especially legs) dont cramp.

So that's a good idea. Plus green tea serves two purposes: its a natural antioxidant, and it serves as a diuretic (flushes your system)

I would recommend drinking lipton diet dreen tea (with citrus or berries) at least 3 times a day.

Good luck

First of all, I thought to fast meant to not eat OR drink anything... I'm sure you could drink any liquid. However, if you're fasting because you want to lose weight, you're not going to get any results for a long time, and by then you'd be starving yourself (despite giving it a fancy name). Not a good idea.

Why are you fasting in the first place? Fasting is stupid, unless you do it for religious reasons, there's no point for it. Just start working out and eating a little less, that's all it takes, no need to starve yourself!

I think you're nuts. Go to your dr. and tell him you want to fast to cleanse your body and lose weight and him what he thinks you should do.

Well.... many discuss with motorbikes (bikes) as Iron horses. I could have a tough time selecting among a rapid bike and a reside, rapid horse. Cars are too confining.
