The B vitamines are good for Blood.
For eyes the Omega-3 fish oil stuff is good...for the surface and the retina. Also orange things like tomatoes and the infamous carrot. And the green stuff, especially kale is very, very good. (taste?...well not so good with the kale thing, and too much at once will send you to the bathroom lots of times that first day..).
A little a few times a week of each of those will protect from oxidative damage to the retina which leads later in life to the macular degeneration thing. (yes hereditary factors, smoking, cardiovascular disease, did I mention smoking? diet...all those things we KNOW but don't like to DO...things.) did I mention smoking? as not being good for eyes?

Neither good nor bad. A healthy diet with whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies, not to much protein or fat (follow US or Canada food guide) will help prevent many of the systemic diseases like hypertension or diabetes that can cause eye problems. Supplements are not necessary; eat a balanced diet.
Other things that you can do to help your eyes:
Exercise, maintain a normal weight, see your doctor as often as indicated, follow your doctor's advice on treating high blood pressure and diabetes, wear sunglasses outdoors, wear safey glasses when working and, most important of all, don't smoke.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f
