Yes it is, child abuse is no longer a 'hidden family secret'. You need to report what you have written here providing it is all true as your parents will be interviewed and assessed by Police and or, Child Services.
To report what is happening to you, you need to talk to Police, School Counsellor or a family member who will help you to make the report. You do not deserve to be treated like this.
Since your parents are not doing their job of looking after and protecting you, you must do it for yourself.
Keep yourself safe and make that report soon.

If you really feel this is a promblem, which i think it is, it's wrong what there doing, and you really think about it and feel that you don't want to live with them anymore then talk to a social worker, look up child abuse section in the phone book and talk to this about them, yes, this is enough stuff to get you taken out of there custody, but they won't do it right away, they kind of need proof....i'll pray for you

Go to the closest family member you have. Ask them if you can stay with them for a while while someone gets your parents help.
You do need to do what you feel is right. No one here can tell you what to do.

It sure is! If reported and if your under age they would take you and put you in foster care, that is if you have no family member to take you in? your parents could go to jial and counseling if they want you back! Don't put up with abuse! Hitting you is abuse if hitting you with his fist! Mental abuse is cussing you like that!!! A child should not be cursed at like that!!!

"your room is a pig sty, go clean your room" isn't child abuse....
what YOU wrote is!!!!!
Punched you????
and it is all the time.....
no one deserves that.....
do you have a "responsible relative" you can go to.....
if not, a friends parent, or school counselor, I bet there doing more than pot my friend.....been around it most of my life, never heard of violent pot smokers......if they are drinkers or coke heads too, now that I can see where the violence comes from.....and that is just completely dangerous for your welfare...

Yes I believe the physical abuse is enough. I would talk to a counselor or adult you trust about what the best course of action would be.

talk to a teacher or to your school guidance councilor about it. they should find a way to get you out of your parent's custody. it would be a difficult time to go through, but hopefully you would find a good home that will love and care for you the way everyone should be :)
Best of Luck! :)

Yes. That is physical and mental abuse. Talk to a teacher or a friend's parents who are level headed.

You certainly need to tell someone about this. Maybe another relative that you can trust, or a friend's parents. They shouldn't treat you that way.

Yep ring DOCS or go and see your school counsellor so they can make the relevant calls.
Hopefully in the long run it will be better for you, but its not going to be a easy road for u either.
'Good luck, chin up and keep smiling!
