I have some serious vitamin and mineral deficiencies... Calcium and vitamin D are the most deficient. I take a ton of supplements. yet this problem has gotten to the point where I can't eat the way I need to be eating. I have talked to my doctors about this and finding a dentist who is both patient and not going to cost me 20, 000 bucks... to have my mouth taken care of.... any suggestions would be most helpful ... I've been to a few dentist, the last one drilled wholes in my teeth and everywhere the drills were the teeth have broken. It's horrible.
There is a dental school, but they go by a "as procedure is needed" process and then there is a lottery for those spaces for patients. Plus, it still costs a great deal of money ($150 for a tooth exctraction, not counting the meds, or the dental attention... resident and attending.
there really isn't another dentist around that I have been able to find. : (
