The Dying Preacher
An old preacher was dying. He sent a message for his IRS agent and his Lawyer (both church members), to come to his home. When they arrived, they were ushered up to his bedroom.
As they entered the room, the preacher held out his hands and motioned for them to sit on each side of the bed. The preacher grasped their hands, sighed contentedly, smiled and stared at the ceiling.
For a time, no one said anything. Both the IRS agent and Lawyer were touched and flattered that the old preacher would ask them to be with him during his final moment.
They were also puzzled because the preacher had never given any indication that he particularly liked either one of them.
Finally, the Lawyer asked, "Preacher, why did you ask the two of us to come?"
The old preacher mustered up some strength, then said weakly, "Jesus died between two thieves, and that's how I want to go, too.

Too basd you don't like it because you're an atheist, I have another one that is about atheists but I guess you might not like that one either, oh well, I guess I can't please everybody.

You gotta confront her. Tell her that she's being really immature and confront her about everything you said above. If you don't, this will keep going on. She's not worth your time and not worthy of being a friend. You just gotta be careful around her, be careful of what you say and do. And clear your name to the people in which she said thing about you to. Tell them that she's normally like that and that you have never said the things that she has said. In the long run, people would realize what a nasty person she is and she wouldn't have friends by then.

Fantastic joke! It did make me laugh. I'll give a copy of it to my pastor. He'll get a kick out of it, maybe even tell the congregation it before the sermon. The lawyer charges high prices and just steals your money whatever he can get out of you. IRS doesn't do anything for you, yet it steals legally and gets away with it. Both are crooks.
