Every time I hear of something that is blocked up, I think first of Inflamation, then I think allergies, then I think stagnation like a pond of water that has no where to circulate. Then bacteria growing. Just my opinion, but I would stop the dairy products first especially if you have alot of coughing and mucus too. Keep a dairy of what you are eating, Especially if you get one of those headaches, think back of what you ate about a hour ago. Anyway, cold packs for your sinus to relieve the swelling, and that salt water stuff you can buy at the store to put up your nose,(they use it on babies) it will help to break up the mucus. Good luck!

The most awesome thing I've ever used (and now use every morning) is a sinus cleanser. There are a variety of different types available at drug stores and health food stores. The kind I bought looks like a small teapot. You fill it with warm water and 1/4 tsp of salt. Then you pour in one nostril and it goes through your entire sinus cavity, and out the other nostril. Then you do the other nostril in the same way. In does not hurt, or feel gross, it just give you immediate relief. You blow your nose, and the pressure is gone and youbreathe very freely. It's awesome. Look around and decide on the type you like. Use it daily and you will not have any further sinus problems! Good luck!

The best thing you do is start on 500mg.Amoxicillin. Take two when you fist get them then I think it`s 3 time`s a day.

I`ve had them all my life, runs in the family and I`ll tell ya just take or do anything that makes you feel better! Just let it run it`s course like a cold.

Antibiotics, and rest. See a doctor if you can to get a prescription to take care of the infection. Make sure you get a lot of rest and you'll be good as new before you know it. Feel better! :-)
