is there a substitution for ground mustard in this recipe?! or can i just leave it out?

Except for the worcestershire sauce, this sounds like my homemade mac and cheese recipe. I would use dijon or any kind of mustard you like that's prepared already, it tastes just as good just add a couple of teaspoons. I also add a pinch of ground cumin and a dash of hot sauce, I just really like the flavor.

You can leave the mustard out, If you want more flavor and heat you can add a little Cayenne Pepper (to taste).

You can leave it out, but you could use a teaspoon or whatever you like to taste of prepared mustard, if you have it.
