It looks similar to a pheonetic spelling of a conversation I saw before. You have to read it out loud with the right accent before it make sense:
c m duks Os rnt duks A r 2 c os wings Oay os r duks
Translates to:
See them ducks?
Those aren't ducks.
They are too. See those wings?
Oh hey, those are ducks!
