No, too be honest most of the people who hang out in the religion and spirituallty section of Yahoo Answers are equally ridiculus on both sides. The christians are all die-hard and act like they are pefect saints on a mission from God too convert heathans through yahoo answers, and the Athiest are just brutally confrontational and quick to insult anyone who mumbles that they believe in the possibility of having been created by a higher being...I just wish an open nonconfrontational discussion of religion (or the lack there of) was possible without all the hostility

i've got been on Yahoo! solutions on account that previous due 2007. And truly, in the previous getting into this internet site, and wandering into this section with an open suggestions, i became truly relatively of a believer in God. Which faith am i? i could say i became a Deist. yet after looking, reading some or most of the numerous Atheistic solutions, perspectives etc i began out to think of of spirituality in a diverse attitude and way, i began out to question any opportunities and unanswered questions. right this moment, i'm proud to assert i'm an Atheistic Agnostic.

I learn about other people religions. Which I think it is always good to understand what others believe. Education is our greatest weapon against prejudice and misunderstanding in general.
I have also learned more about my own religion. It's helpful to learn from others. But as for doing a complete 180 on a religious issue about my own religion, I can't say that it ever has.

This place has definitely made me think about a lot of things. I haven't changed my mind about anything but I feel like I think more clearly about religious issues now.

I would not say any have changed my mind exactly.
There are some that have made me think about things I had not throught about before.
There are others that have made me see the holes in my knowledge.
There are some that have made me articulate & therefore think more thoroughly about a topic.
There are some that have change my opinion about people of certain religions and there are some that have reinforced some of those opinions.

Some of the questions and answers I have read on here have caused me to take another look at the bible. Upon hearing some different viewpoints, I have changed some of my opinions. I used to think that the bible was just useless, outdated, scribblings of men. Now, I realize that the majority of US law is based on the bible and for that reason, I should try to understand it better.

No, just reinforced the conclusion that some religious people are truly, profoundly delusional, and that if a rational thought ever attempted to form itself in their brains, their heads would explode.

No,but yahoo answers helped me to realize all religions do not believe the same thing like all Baptist,Buda, and Catholics have different beliefs even if they are the same denomination.
