whats the best way to lose fat on your stomach. i'm not looking for abs, i just want to be more toned and want to get rid of the belly fat. what exercises should i do and how much????

since we cant spot reduce body fat - overall fat loss will only help which you achieve by healthy eating and cardio (the only fat burning exercise) - running, jogging, hiking, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, team sports etc - 4-6 times a week for average of 45min - switch them up and keep your body guessing - that way you will lose more fat.
dont do situps and crunches obsessively - they only build muscle (do not burn any fat) and will make your belly look bigger.
