Ladies, when with a man, what is your honest reaction if he goes soft during intercourse?
I ask because...today I made love to my girlfriend for our first time together. Everything was going very well and strong for a GOOD, LONG while. However, at one point, we were adjusting and I had to fiddle with the condom. All of a damn sudden, I just wasn't...uh...standing at full attention. For the next half hour to 45 minutes, we kept trying to get it back and it only came back about halfway. Needless to say, it was up there in the most embarrassing moments of my life. This young woman that I'm with is beautiful, she cares a lot about me, and I'm always very turned on by her. I WANTED to continue, but it just wasn't happening. I thought that this was something that happened mostly to older men, but I'm almost 19...and to be quite honest...when I'm aroused, I get VERY aroused and it takes a long time to go away--this has never happened or come close to happening. What might have caused this?

It was probably just nerves bec it was your first time together. However, diabetes, and high blood pressure, and several other medical conditions can cause this. If it happens again, you should see a doctor. If not, don't worry, It happens to all guys of all ages. Just no one wants to talk about it. And when it does happen, the harder you try to get it back, the more it goes away. The first time with my wife, her cat jumped on top of me.. scared ALL the stiffness right out of me. Next time, we closed the door.

You wanted to continue however you body, did not. It's very normal. You can only be sexually aroused for a certain amout of time. After that you have to wait an hour for your body to start to get aroused once again.. A girl can go right back to it, while a man, has to break to rechange "Battery's" if you know what I mean.. I don't really know how the male penis works too well, but maybe it could have been other factors: stress, nervousness, etc. Things do not always go smoothly every time. I remember my first time with new BFS did not go picture perfect. But, with time, it got better. It takes a little time to find your groove with a new person!

Forget the Viagra, you just needed a small break-it's nothing to get upset about. Maybe you were just nervous about it being the first time together.

It might just be your body i would go to the doctor. iv been with somebody that happend too before...
