pay for at least 12 months on some furniture and a used car, and both of those 2 things shows up on my report that it has been paid for at least 12 months? how good would my credit be then, could i get a home for little or nothing down payment?

Your credit will remain good as long as you pay at least the minimum amount on time every time. If you're trying to rebuild credit, that takes a long time to do so in that case, you probably could not get a home with little to nothing down. You'd probably need a significant down payment.
