He fulfills it countless times every day when the Eucharist is offered to God as an unbloody immolation. Since God stands outside of time, it is the one and the same sacrifice offered on Calvary -- when Jesus first fulfilled this promise.

It was fulfilled at Calvary and the Empty Tomb.
It is fulfilled at every celebration of the Eucharist
It will be fulfilled when Christ returns and in the Divine Liturgy of Heaven which the Eucharist is a foretaste of.
