In some circles, specific suggestions for sharing the Gospel do appear to be borrowed in part from sales techniques. To assert otherwise would be dishonest. However, I'm not sure actual seminars are built around them.
[Edit] Wow ... according to what GreenEyedLilo found there actually ARE seminars. I stand corrected.

And of course there are many websites devoted to "apologetics," or explaining Christianity to non-Christians.
The rules I remember include trying to be friendly, comparing their spirituality to your Bible, telling them how Christianity can solve their problems, etc.
