This is soooo...... delicious, easy and fun to make.

Death by Chocolate
1 box chocolate cake mix
4 sm boxes of Instant Choc. pudding
4- 8-oz. cool Whip
* oreo cookies crumbs (optional)
* melted chocolate (optional)
* chopped heath bars (optional)
* chocolate chips (optional)
This really looks nice in a glass pyrex dish or a trifle bowl.
Bake cake according to directions.
and prepare pudding according to box.
When cake is cooled.
Layer as follows:
half the cake - crumbled
half the pudding ( 2 boxes prepared)
16 oz. cool whip
*optional ingredients
Repeat
* If you want you can sprinkle oreo crumbs, heath bars, and chocolate chips on the cool whip layers. On the final cool whip layer you can drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle oreo crumbs and chocolate chips. I added oreo cookie crumbs and leftover melted chocolate in between the layers.

I made the best dessert the other day for a 4th of July bbq it's so yummy and easy to make, here's how you make it...

you'll need:

1 box of graham cracker crumbs
1-2 sticks of butter (melted)
sugar to taste
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 container of the philadelphia cheesecake filling
1 container of cool whip
chocolate sauce
caramel sauce
chocolate chips
butterscotch chips

1. mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar, press into 13x9 pan, and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, remove from and oven and set aside until cool...

2. once the crust has cooled spread the cheesecake filling ontop of the crust

3. pour the box of instant pudding into a bowl and mix with 3 cups of milk until lumps are gone, then pour on top of the cheesecake filling....

4. Top the dessert with coolwhip, then drizzle with the chocolate and caramel sauces, and sprinkle the chocolate and butterscotch chips on top.

5. place dessert in the refrigerator and let sit over night.

You will need one box of Jell-O instant pudding ( chocolate ), one box of instant cake mix ( chocolate ), one large bag of chocolate chips, and one egg ( optional ).

Make the pudding according to package directions. When this comes together, mix in your box of cake mix. After this is well mixed you may need to add the egg if the mixture is too stiff. Once you have the consistency you like, add the chocolate chips and stir in. Bake for 30 minutes at about 350 degrees. These are the best ( and easiest ) brownies I have ever had in my life. Good Luck and Good Eating.

I never have, but I am sure you could mix and match the flavors to accomodate your taste.

Cajun Chicken Alfredo 4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup blackening spice (recommended: Paul Prudhomme's Chicken) 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons minced garlic 1 cup roughly chopped marinated sun-dried tomatoes 1/4 cup white wine 3 cups heavy cream 3/4 cup grated Parmesan 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 pound cooked fettuccine 1/2 cup sliced scallions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Dredge the chicken breasts in the blackening spice and place in a cast iron skillet over very high heat. Blacken both sides of the chicken and place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. Slice in strips on the bias and set aside. In a saute pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Add garlic and lightly caramelize. Then add the sun-dried tomatoes and the chicken slices. Deglaze the pan with the white wine. Add the heavy cream, increase the heat to a simmer, and reduce the cream sauce by half. When the cream sauce is to desired consistency, stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan, salt, pepper, and pasta. Nest the pasta on large rimmed plates, pour sauce over pasta, and garnish with scallions and the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.

Inexpensive is the name of the game...especially for us these days.....I always buy plenty of Jello and pudding you cook and the instant kind....now that summer is really underway who wants to turn on the oven...I DON'T....so here are a couple ideas that is tasty, light and inexpensive....

To serve 2, 3 or 4..depending on their appetites...lol

Get a couple tall glasses or parfait glasses..and layer your favorite pudding flavor in the glass..for example "chocolate fudge"..along with whipped creme product like Cool Whip....then a layer of cookie crumbs "chocolate chip" that go with the flavor of pudding....now more pudding and Cool Whip...keep layering until you reach the top top with more Cool Whip and then use a grater to grate some Chocolate Hershey bar or other semi sweet chocolate over it and sprinkle of toasted nuts....and a red cherry on top.....

Here is another variation Ice cream "Vanilla".....fresh blueberries, fresh peaches, or frozen and thawed...".Post blueberry morning cereal" Alternate each ingredient along with Cool Whip...in a drinking glass..that you can get a spoon into....layer to the top ...top with a few sprinkles of cereal...

I love pineapple and coconut together in any dish....get some instant vanilla pudding or coconut pudding...if available and alternate Graham crackers crumbs...crushed pineapple you have drained some of the juice......and toast some coconut for the top....do this in layers....top with crumbs or toasted coconut....Yum YUM

hope this helps..it will help your wallet for sure...
