Hey Girly! How old are you? One of our youth group leaders said that you should ONLY date if you are ready to get married! She also said that since God has already picked out your man you should do everything as if you are engaged! Would you date another guy if you were engaged? I struggle with liking guys a LOT! GOD IS SO WONDERFUL! Every time I like a guy I try to think that God is my MAN! Until I can find my future husband, which God will send to me at the right time, I will ONLY have God as my husband! I know it sounds weird but that's how I treat these kind of deals! I'm a NUT CASE! I mean when God made me it shows He has a sense of humor! I LOVE GOD SOOOOO MUCH! I pray EVERY night that God will send me my FUTURE HUSBAND! I'm not sure if it's right that you pray that this guy will date you! I am a Christian and have been for about a year now! You should go online and buy the book "Beautiful Girlhood" by Mabel Hale! It tells you a LOT and is a good source for ALL women! Whether they are 11 years old to ANY AGE! I pray that God will bless you and send you your husband! Take my opinion into consideration! Thank you and I love ya! Email me any time!

Just pray that God will send you a good man that will love you and you him. One that you will be attracted to and him you. Tell him you are lonely and would like the companionship of a man. That His will be done and that he gives you guidance and direction and keep your ears open for His ever small voice to guide you. The key is to pray about it, then do not worry about it, It is now in God's hands. Thus he will give you the desires of your heart, the key is ask it be done in his will, and not yours. and don't rush it, if you do you will make a mess of it. Just know that He is taking care of it and you.

It can be tricky! I believe God can do anything. And in many scriptures God says he will give you the desires of your heart if it's in his will. I've seen many Christians get disappointed or suffer from unrequited love, (love that is not reciprocated). And it can rattle the faith of some. Find a older Christian friend or an elder in your church and get alot of advice about this. Something like this could really shake one up very much.

Yeah girl! You don't have to be so deep and spiritual about this. God made man for woman and woman for man. Pray and ask God to get his attention your way. And you need to throw a little something his way to let him know you have an attraction for him. Slide a little note or flirt with him. Wink your eye at him and then act coy.
My mom and dad met at church. He came in so tall and handsome. He would wink his eye at my mom in the choir. My mom said she prayed for a good husband every night since she was a little girl. She married him at 16 and he was 29. They were flirting with each other (innocently, of coarse) at church. They were married for 50 years. My dad has passed on now. Bless you and go for it.

Maybe it is better to pray for the one you are meant to be with, that they are safe, and that you will meet them someday.Maybe it's this guy, but don't be so specific in case it's not.
Maybe mention this guy in your prayers as someone you care about, and would like to get to know better as a friend.
I prayed before I met my wife that the Lord would help me find the one I was supposed to spend my life with, and that I hoped they were safe and happy.

You can pray for that. But it may not happen. I would pray that God would bring you together with the one He has for you. I have prayed for love. And first God told me he had someone for me. And then I met her.

no it's not wrong to pray for love, but there's no way of knowing if your prayer will be answered the way you want it too be. god has a plan for all of us, no matter what our plans are.

just pray for God to send you a person yu can relate with and care about. and if it is His will for it to go futher. He does not want us to be miserable, he gave us this great earth and people to enjoy. not to take away. so enjoy it and praise the Lord for it.
