I can give you a hundred stories. I've been married to a sleepwalker for 26 years.

Here's one. We had just moved into our new house. Always stressful on him. I went to bed after making sure the door was locked and he was safe.
30 minutes later my eldest is standing over me saying "Mom, Dad has escaped"
I get out of bed, he had unlocked the door, and was standing in the middle of the road trying to change his clothes. He had the bottoms off.. .He thought he was in our old walk in closet and that it was time for work.
I got my "flasher" hubby in the house and the next day he naturally doesn't remember a thing.

I know this boy who has a very bad case of sleepwalking. His family had to watch him closely. They changed the locks and still he managed to get outside. I don't know much since he married. All of the people who have this, I know are males.

When I was younger I would climb in and out of my top bunk bed...using the three foot talll night stand, not the ladder...walk down the stairs into my parenst rooms have full discusions with them (topics ranging from barney to endagered rainforest) get something to eat and drink and then return to bed. I also had many instances of out and out sobbing in my sleep and then getting angry when my parents woke me up to see what was wrong because I was sure they were crazy and wakign me up for no reason.
My friends once walked around on a ship giving his cabin mates death threats if they wouldn't shut up, that was a funny story.

A kid whose family was staying with my family for a while sleepwalked frequently. It was impossible to wake him up. it was really bizarre.. Creepy.

One time, he was running around in circles on the bed, with his arms out, making noises like an airplane. After a bit of this, he whipped it out and peed all over the bed. (and, IIRC, his brother and sister, who were in the bed.)

I wonder what ever happend to that kid.

My husband, as a small boy, got out of bed, walked downstairs, into the kitchen and peed in the corner. Went back upstairs and went back to bed , still asleep. His mom had followed him down the stairs when she heard him get up.
Apparently this was not a one-time deal. She had been finding pee in the corner of the kitchen and had blamed the family dog.

I read the book Behind the Bedroom Wall. And for some reason i always had dreams that the Jews were after me! My parents told me i had walked out to the street and i ran back and came in and slammed the door. I woke up and I was like are they coming? My parents told me never to read that book again!

In my all woman's college, I was asked one weekend to be the proctor, which meant I had to lock up the dorm at 2 pm on Friday and on Saturday nights. I have never been a stay-up kind of person, so I went to bed and set the alarm to get up to lock the doors. One of the nights, I found the doors to the front parlor (yeah, that was its name) already locked. I contacted the night watchman who swore he didn't lock up. So I locked the rest of the doors and went to bed. Imagine my chagrin the next morning when one of the girls told me that while she was talking with her date in the parlor, I walked past in my bare feet, t-shirt and undies and locked the front door. They could not get me to stop, so I guess I was sleep walking!!!
