I'm currently still working the part time job, and collecting umemployment for my full time job. Is it possible to quit my part time job (which pays much less) and collect full time unemployment benefits. Considering I was working at my primary job full time and for 7 years?

The reasons you quit are NOT obvious, at least not from the total lack of explanation in your question. In most cases, you are not eligible to collect unemployment if you quit a job. Without the FULL story, my guess is you are not legally entitled to what you are collecting now.

It is not obvious to me why you quit your full-time job, because you did not explain it here. However, it is obvious that you must have had a good reason, otherwise you would not be getting EI.

But, you can't just quit your part-time job without a REALLY good reason. If you do, they can cut you off the EI altogether.

you sure you was not asked to leave from your full time job. with little info you have furnish us to work with i hate to say this but it sounds like this whole area is a little shady. why not quit your part time job and go out and get a full time job at something i hope you like and are good at.
