McDonalds salads with a ton of dressing. you'll be eating greens, but gaining weight from the dressing.
id say any fast food should do becaue there's no healthy way (in terms of food) to gain weight. u usually eat healthy to LOSE weight.

well i guess no-one really listened to you when you said healthy!!! i have the same problem! 5'5 109-112. you should prolly try to take some type of vitamin, my doc. told me to take prenatal vit. they seem to help you get the things you're lacking. try to eat whenever you're hungry and you prolly should excercise because it does weigh more than fat and besides im sure you don't want to gain fat!!! you will look and feel better if you put on good weight rather than ice cream weight!!!

the healthiest way is to add muscle. muscle is heavier than fat, and it looks a lot better than fat. eat meats and protein and workout out. if you run or do cardio your gonna burn all the calories that you would normally use for building muscle.
so use the calories and protein you eat to build the muscle. and you'll gain weight, but it'll be all muscle.
thats what i had to do to gain weight for football.

well, this is a tough one. are your eating habits healthy? are you exercising regurlarly? if you answered no to the first question, try to fit in 3 square meals a day, with a snack in between. if you answered yes to both questions, keep doing what you're doing, you're fine. but if you answered no to both questions, try to lay off exercising and start eating more during the day.

You can drink those ensure drinks with your meals, they taste great and help fill you up. Actually they taste like a milkshake and you can freeze them in bowls to make a great dessert.

Eat these a lot and you'll gain wait.
If you excercise a lot, cut down because that'll make you lose weight.
