Try to make tomorrow different for yourself by breaking a pattern. Treat yourself to a few hours of sanity.
If you are really desperate, you can call a mental health hotline and talk to a person with a background in helping people in tough situations.
Two heads are better than one, and talking to another person may shed light on an aspect of your life that you do not see.
Some days I have to tie a knot in the end of the rope and hang on while I am being swung back and forth over a deep canyon. I am in the sandwich generation and I never have a moment of peace. Taking back a piece of life for myself is about as easy as carving in granite with a plastic spoon!
I hope you feel better tomorrow when you realize that others care about you and want things to go better for you. One time when the stress was relentless, I ordered everyone to be silent for an hour. Having no where to go and no energy, I went to the kitchen and got out the aluminum foil, and fashioned myself a hat!! It was distracting and funny, so I was able to get a grip again mentally.
I won't laugh at your hat if you don't laugh at mine!! Best of luck to you and here is a {{HUG}} !!

Do something you like to do that doesn't leave you empty and depleted after your done. I guess, do something edifying. For me going on a hike, writing a poem, reading something uplifting or that instills knowledge; those seem to work. What works the least for me is sitting around wallowing. Getting out and looking around at the amazing beauty and miracle of life wakes me up. It's a simple shift in thinking. Smell the roses. They really do smell amazing, literally. Listen to the birds singing. Do they seem drained and without hope? Be present, and don't worry so much about the past and the future. The future will work itself out, and the past is.. well... History.

Yes, you are suffering from depression.
It has nothing to do with you as a person. It is a chemical imbalance in your body which is not producing sufficient serotonin.
You are not alone, 36% of people experience this. This is the most common ailment which walks into your Doctors office.
Medication will rebalance your serotonin level and you will be back to normal.
There is very definately hope, get the meds and you will be surprised.
I recognised your symptoms immediately, I've been there for 10 years.
Good luck and god bless.

Take time for yourself. Do it now. Don't wait until your friends, family, teacher, boss etc... GIVE you a minute...TAKE that time. Find a movie you like and make yourself your favorite meal. Lock the door, take the phone off the hook and watch that ENTIRE movie UNINTERRUPTED, while you eat what you really like. Take a long bubble bath with a good book. Sit in the middle of the floor with a cup of hot tea, listening to sad songs and bawl your head off for a while. Just do some things that are JUST for you. You'll feel better. While you're doing something solitary...think about what's draining you, and what you can do to lighten the load. Are you doing too many things for friends or family that they could do for themselves? Are you taking too much on without asking for some help?

Take some time to get away. A short vacation always helps.
If it doesn't, see your doctor. It will pass, (I hope soon) but it is no fun feeling hopeless and mentally drained.

Get medical help. Don't look at it as a weakness. I was there 6 months ago. A friend at work told me I didn't have to feel that way and she was correct. You don't necessarily need to see a Psychologist. Start with your PCP. They can diagnose and treat depression. If you've been feeling this way for a while, and I'm guessing you have, get some help. Your life is valuable and you can get out of the pit of despair with some help. It may take a little while to find out which cocktail of meds works for you but take that first step and see your PCP ... Please. You are not alone and it takes a lot of courage to ask the question you asked. There are a lot of us who have been where you are at this time.

The company you keep has a large impact on how we see ourselves and our position in life. It's real important that you get a hobby that keeps you mind stimulated. Since you trust yourself enough to ask for help then that tells me that you like to help others. Have you considered joining a teen hot line or a local place were you can earn $ while helping people, like a book store or coffee shop? How about the library? Local YMCA? Your strength within is helping others and I bet that you are happiest when you are helping someone. You could even take up learning how to sew and make cool things to sell and they can be helpful things, like purses, eye glass cases, vests or animal outfits. Think about it, you need something to do....bad! Let me know if I helped. Pull those boot straps up and take the initiative that God gave women, were are movers and shakers. You go girl!

Probably people could help you out if they knew more about your situation. What is draining you? School?
That being said, I'd say stop doing whatever is draining you. :D

If you have felt this way for more than a few days, I would see a mental health professional. You could also try meditation, excercise (if you can get yourself to do it ) and avoiding alcohol drugs sugar and caffeine. Also junk food.
