Why the belief in God is immoral.

Reason is very hard to get. If it were as easy as Faith, the world would be at peace. But you are right, the majority of people believe in God, and the majority does so because they were taught to believe before they could develop the critical faculty.

We teach Faith to the children because it seems so much fun to trick them. Before they can develop their logical thinking, children accept whatever we tell them, true or untrue, invented or magic. We think we can even teach them to behave and be moral, by using lies and deception. If they dare to doubt what we tell them, we scare them into submission and stunt their budding logical thinking with every ready-made answer we have, no matter how contradictory it might be. We think that if we keep them gullible and credulous, they can be managed better. Unfortunately, instead of Reason, they grow up with Faith.

To be an atheist is only the beginning of Reason. To be religious is to make Reason impossible, because its place will be taken by the dangerous emotion called Faith.

Faith is more dangerous and destructive than anger. It takes Faith to believe that our life is incomplete without a mystical, supernatural imaginary being that holds our hand throughout life and tells us what to think, what to eat, when to fast, how to dress, how to worship. It also takes faith to believe that when a comet appears in the sky, it is His sign that beckons us to go "home" and meet Him! That same strong faith makes us believe that it is the will of God that commands us to hijack a plane and fly it into a building to be a martyr and go to paradise. It takes Faith, not Reason to justify any violence.

No I don't. And your figure of 90% is way off. Not only do 16% of the population have no religion, there are millions of religious adherents which do not believe in your god.

Your number is a little bit high, but probably not too far off the mark - certainly more than 80% believe in one or more gods.

However:

Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

Ofcourse the GOD exists.I can explain it to you, when we see a chair we say that someone has made it becoz it can't be made by itself so in a similar way there is someone to control and rule over the world otherwise it would have been finished earlier. He is there to listen our prays and fulfill them.No one can see GOD but can only feel His presence so no doubt GOD exists and watches our every act........

There are many gods; but there is only one God Almighty, Creator of the Universe. If you will read His Holy Word, the Bible, you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free!

I know he exists for a fact, and believe it or not priests didn't confirm it, but scientists did.

Scientists say machines cannot do all the work because someone need to turn it on.

Pretend the universe is a machine. It didn't create itself, someone had to usher it in!

I'm proud to be a Roman Catholic.

Yes. And the simplest way I know to find him is to go outside alone on a cool clear night and look up at the stars and be quiet and speak with your heart. He will hear.
